I can't believe that someone dumped Sebastopols! What an idiot!

It's such a shame that any of them were dumped. Poor babies.

well desertdarlene I am going to do every thing possible to get all thoes birds out of thier even if I have to make a phone call every min I dont care if anoy them. my moms old boss she still talkes to is the director of oure local humane society so maybe i can get somewhere with him?.

. spectrumranch I live in the lower part of washington and i am 99% sure no one bought them and dumped them cause they have not been taken care of at all and the lake is all very wealthy city slikers and they have tried to get the city to remove all the wild mallards and chileo wigeons from the lake.

and Miss Lydia i dont know why people dump such beautiful birds i have tried to take them all in to my place but they said no and mos of the ducks that where dumped are hens besides a huge pekin and two black indian runners and yes i folowed that rescue as soon as i seen the post and it was great that they went and rescued them but in the video i also seen some more domestic geese in the background

and TennesseeTruly it is a shame that people dump thier unwanted birds espicaly scence they are so hard to find and beauiful people are very stupid some times

if I don't get an answer by Sunday I might just go get them and yes my mistake thoes are American wigeons And I will have to go out at dark when Thier are not many people out Thier. if the city is not willing to do something to help them than I will I am not willing to just stand Thier and watch thoes beautiful innocent animals suffer and starve to death

They will not starve. They will find something to eat and adapt to their new surroundings. I would leave them alone. Relocating them now, would cause even more stress on the birds.

Yes I realize that they might be able to adapt and survive but whit it beaing winter time and the grass not growing much and is not very nutritious. But the other thing I am worrying about them is because our town has a lot of kids and teens and they think it is fun to go down and throw things at the birds and one time we went down Thier and Thier was a Muscovy duck on the edge of the lake with a blowdart needle through the back of the neck thoes dumb @$$ think it is funny to make an innocent animal suffer like that I don't want thoes animals that are Thier to be getting chased around the rest of Thier lifes and getting stuff thrown at them and getting hit and suffering

So something needs to be done before they can get hurt

I agree that they need to be removed. Not only are they in danger from being abused by teenagers, they're in danger of being eaten by predators. It just breaks my heart every time I see a domestic dumped. I get people that like to dump ducks, mostly, here at the end of my 200 ft driveway. I wish they would just bring them up to me. Too many times I have found them dead in a box. Breaks my heart every time.

Yea I don't understand how people can be so heartless

and just dump animals any where they please

it makes me so mad Maybe we should dump thoes who dump animals out in the woods and see how they like it
