I had two geese dropped off at my driveway at 1030 at night... They're really tame and eat right out of my hands! I can't believe people do that. Well, they have a good home now! I'm in love.

yea i got lucky on that one i have been told that lavenders are one of the rareist color of sebbie to find and here i am in town and find them running around the lake

How are they getting along with the rest of your flock? Do you still have plans to go back for the ducks? and how is the Muscovy doing?

they are doing great

they grey one is the top goose and the two i rescued and my orignal two sebbies are starting to bond and stick together but the american buffs and the africans are not that bonded

and yes some time next week i am planing on going back and getting the rest of the birds

the muscovy is doing ok she is still limping but i have checked her foot and did not find any cuts or bumps so idk why she is limping. right now everyone is out enjoying the 3 inches of fresh snow we got over night all my chickens, ducks and geese love to play in the snow

Thats so cool that they are bonding, keep the pics coming and let us know when you plan the round up of the others.. We got about 4" last night, but my ducks[muscovies] aren't liking it much my chickens just make do till it's gone pretty much stay honkered down till it melts and gets a bit warmer. How many geese do you have? I only have 1 gander but hope to have more someday.

well miss lydia i had 11 but sold 3 yesterday so now i have 8. two female American buffs (which i am trying to find and American buff gander to go with them) a pair of Africans and 4 sebbies(two white one is curly breasted other smooth and one lavender curly and a Grey smooth breasted)

Well you are very blessed to have enough room to have so many and thats my dream to have either American buffs or Pilgrims eventually. So keep the pics coming it helps those of us keep on dreaming. Thanks
