OMG NO! Lol I will never deal with someone who destroys things, out of anger, or an abusive relationship. To be honest, I've been in abusive relationships, I will NOT tolerate abuse ever again. So no. There is no anger problems here! They are from previous tenants disaster. Not mine! Plus the brick on the house is pulling away, below my huge front window. The window was never properly installed. So over the last 20 years of water freezing between the brick and the house. Its causing major problems inside too. Making my drywall crack and pull away from the ceiling. Don't get me wrong, it's a fabulous house, got a great deal on it too. But it still needs alot of work! We bought it about 4 yrs ago. Took a couple month of work to make it livable, cooper plumbing was stolen, roof leaked, underneath the cedar siding was a fortress of a wasp hive. Main water line completely clogged with a calcified rust ball! The list of dumb things that needs work, goes on and on and on... You get my drift right lol

Yep, I understand (It's kinda a money pit) But it's also YOUR home. My Lexus is kinda like that too. I bought her cheap, but there's always something needed to repair her.
Ps. I'm proud of you for making a stand against abuse. It takes strength of character to do that!

I appreciate that, PS. Probably more than you know... That was the first time I feared for my life. I'm very lucky to make it out alive from that craziness . I tried to get away... Was stalked, threatened, and even had a dead end road, blocked with his car. (Thankfully my friend was with me), he cut his neck with a razor blade and grab me. She ran to the neighbors to call 911 and to have him come out. At that point, the sheriff didn't do shit about all this except a restraining order. Then a few weeks later, it was 3am mind you, I was in my aunt's garden (i moved there hoping I wouldnt be found..) and I was shot at by a 22. . It hit the ground less than a 1ft away..... camr from my aunts back field.
Finally the Sheriff department put a warrant out. Listed him as armed and dangerous. Told me to do what I needed to stay safe... they knew I been carrying a loaded weapon to the farm where my horse was after the whole neck slitting ordeal. I will forever stand up for anyone in a abusive relationship... sorry to hijack the thread about DE. With a crazy ex story! I sorta laugh about it now. Its been almost 9 or 10 years ago. Still gives me chills to think about though

I feel you on the money sucking cars lol that's why my mustang is still parked in my garage. The house isn't horrible, its actually pretty nice inside. Real oak floors, solid oak doors throughout the house, remodeling bathroom. Fire place in the master bedroom, with full bathroom. Decks off all 3 bedrooms, with sliding glass doors.

I know it's auto-correct, but I gotta tease. Trying to envision catatonic baby powder.

I never looked up the reasons for talcum powder being deemed carcinogenic. I have talc in my glazing supplies, but aside from that sort of industrial purchasing, it's nearly impossible to find nowadays. All the baby powder & other personal use powders I've seen in recent decades have been cornstarch based.

There was a very good documentary done on this subject about a year ago. I watched it and they were finding asbestos in the mines that they were getting the talcum from. So it was finding its way into bottles of baby powder, which was causing cancer in some consumers.
