people with house chickens

That's what everyone says, but I don't know. I'll need at least 3 so he doesn't overmate them, but I'm planning to get chickens in the summer. Dad says no more house animals, and I am NOT putting him outside. if something took him, I would just die. I seriously wouldn't know what to do. And if we bring Cogburn with us to move, they will kill eachother. He made Finn bloody through wire, and I am not taking any chances. It is so hard when you love two animals to death but if they go near eachother, one might die. Dang it roosters, why do you have to be so aggressive!

I've heard that as well, but honestly, Phantom has one hen and she seems to be plenty. I mean, sure, they hump A LOT, but she's happy and so is he

Ugh, I don't know. My dad says no more house animals (she will have a diaper anyway), but I don't know what to do. No more animals until we move and get settled in though. What would be best?? I don't want Finn to forget me, you know?

Oh god no, I saw some pictures of that. I also heard it messes up their growth, makes them change, and I don't want to accidentlly kill him. I just want the best for him, but I don't know what that is.

Is that a chicken breed, or a creepy chicken thing to make him stop mating everything? lol.

It's giving him what a rooster was born for. They are still very much in tune with their wild counterparts. He's just being a chicken, nothing creepy about that.
