Person you'd most like to meet?

Lucciano Pavarotti, George Washington Carver, Louis Armstrong, Gladys Tabor, Dean Martin, Scott and Helen Nearing, Celia Thaxter Kenneth Graham, Palmer Brown and Nat King Cole.

Jesus, Moses, Mother Theresa, my native american great grandfather (whom I know little about) , Clint Eastwood,
The Dahli Lama, Einstein.

I have been thinking about this since you first posted it.

Besides the obvious choice being Jesus - I would have loved to have met and become friends with Martha Washington.

I am Catholic and very proud of it. The reason that I thought about that criteria for *myself* was because of some of the other selections and then wondering about the possibility of some insight (not that it could ever be understandable) from some of the people (monsters) who have had the most influence on our modern world ( Mao, Stalin, Hitler) and my 'meeting' them not going so swell for different reasons.

Reading the posts if I have time I would add the following:

Another that I would like to meet that recent events would cry for- Alexander Hamilton. It would also be neat to have a beer (or wine) with Samuel Adams (-I know it's not his beer but the man was real.)
+Hopefully there is a kid out there with a Really worn out (previously loved maybe even a few times by now) Winnie The Poo Bear and I would love to meet that new owner as well.
