Hello!! I’m looking for a home that has a good female:male ratio, supplies proper nutrition and daily clean swimming/drinking water, has nighttime housing, and a decent sized yard. The owner would keep an eye on the ducks’ health looking for possible health issues. I’m am willing to drive pretty far for the right home. I’m in Southwest Indiana.

The reason I’m looking for rehoming options now is because I'm soon getting a job and moving out of my parent’s house, likely in march or April at the latest. It's been a struggle looking for a rental house that would be a good fit/allow ducks, so unless I find accommodations, I have to rehome them. This is a hard decision and I hate the idea of giving my ducks to a new home. I feel awful and will miss them so much :(

I have 1 male Pekin (named Jetson) who is 10 months old I took in at 3 weeks old from someone who bought ducklings around Easter and failed in caring for them; all but him died. He had niacin deficiency when I got him, so despite proper nutrition from me, he still has somewhat bowed legs, but he seems to be just as able bodied as the others. He gets around and can preen well.

I have 3 girls that are a little over a year old. They’ve been cared for by me since a couple days old . 1 Rouen (Piper), 1 black Swedish (Harriet), 1 mallard (Mallory)

Thank you for reading and contact me if interested! I will likely post this a few times to reach out to as many possible new homes as I can to find the best fit.
