Wind chimes - arrrgghh. If you like wind chimes hang them in your house and open the window. Some grumpy day, when I can't take another minute of the constant clinking, I am going to take them down and tie them to the back of your car.

My neighbors have some. The little chimes, barely hear them, not too bad.

Other neighbors have Larger Chimes...LARGE & LOUD. I'm grateful the wind mostly blows in the "away" direction.

The only times I see where putting a toilet paper roll on "mullet style" is acceptable as if you have toddlers or naughty pets that unroll it.
"Beard style" makes so much more sense.

Mullet style looks more correct but honestly I don't give a sh!t (see what I did there) either way.
As long as it's not an empty cardboard tube it's all good.
