Could you give a real life example, for instance . . . . . . Curious minds like to know more.

When the duck eats most of the quail and pheasant eggs I just collected and who knows how many more that were laid out in the open before I got there

Passive-aggression can range from avoiding conflict and discomfort (doing a bad job cutting the grass) to fighting tyranny (Think French Underground WWII.)

How about "Just sayin'?"

In my world when someone says "just sayin' it was after a heated discussion of a contentional point had been thoroughly hashed out and acknowledged by the opposing party. The passive aggressive slightly sarcastic slap in the face was, "just sayin" = equivalent to "I knew I was right"!
