Pet Peeves

When you call about some land you are interested in and the realtor acts like you are bothering them. Then they say they will email you info on the land but they take their sweet old time. Do you not want to sell the property?
"How dare you expect me to actually earn my paycheck. Don't you know I have more important things to do then to pander to peons like you?"

they get calls from time wasters all day long.

have your realtor call, it’ll make a big difference.

Pet peeve:
'has anyone ever crossed a buff orp with red rooster I got from my neighbor's aunt Susan? What will the babies look like?"

No, you dingus, we don't have your neighbors aunt Susans' red rooster.

Or
"Has anyone crossed a ee with a white silkie? I can't find any pictures on Google, so I must be the first, lol."

Yep, you're the first, in hundreds of years of domestic chicken keeping, you're the only one. Go, Be free with your ugly chickens.

Threads of this nature are the worst for me.

I don't have a realtor, we are looking on our own
yeah, it’s super easy to look on your own now with all of the listing sites online.

but you should at least consider getting a realtor to make all the calls, set up the showings, and do your negotiating for the properties that you like

the seller’s agent will take your calls more seriously, and the best part about buying is that your realtor gets paid by the seller. costs you nothing.

I've been trying to convince my husband to get a realtor. Maybe this will light a fire under his butt
@tripletfeb when you contact an online listing, you get automatically routed to a random agent via the listing website. it’s basically a cold call.

you’re always better served picking your own. at least then you have a little bit of a relationship and they know what you’re looking for.
I don't contact them through the listing site. I write down who the realtor works through and contact them through their own company website
