Pet Peeves

You sure he didn’t say blood pressure? There is really no connection with cholesterol and salt. There is a connection between high blood pressure and too much salt.
His blood pressure was usually pretty good, but it was his cholesterol that was through the roof.

Are you insinuating that his doctor was an idiot? Because I already know that an intelligent doctor is like Bigfoot: Almost impossible to find, and is most likely a fairytale. 😂

A friend of the aforementioned friend was on a BP med. Her doctor retired, she went to a new doc. New doc asked why she was on that med, as she didn't need it. I would have been apoplectic!
My family has an entire list of medications that they think I should be on. Who knows what doctors want, as I refuse to see one. My stress-relievers are my pets, and for everything else, my medication of choice comes in the form of a "funny little cigarette" and that is all I need. 😂🥴

My favorites are the medications where one of the side effects is the very thing the medication is supposed to cure.
They have to report every adverse reaction in the study. If you can, look at the precentages of occurrences and also look at the times it happen in the control group.

The fact that everyone at work was required to read and sign a 'manual' that forbids swearing. I have not received such a thing, nor would I ever sign it. I am going to end up on my coworkers' 💩lists because I regularly use words that they can be fired for using.

I did tell the boss though that nothing they say offends me in any way, and that I do get on better with people who are colorful. I am hoping their 'manual' gets chucked.

But the manual is my pet peeve at work.

Wow it seemed like such a cool place!

Remind the boss that fornicate and another f word mean the same thing. They are just words.

Oh, it is awesome! The guys have found other ways to be seriously screwed up, and it just about kills me whenever I am there! 🤣

The manual was designed by the last dishwasher who had trouble with the guys' ways of being, well, guys. Notice that said dishwasher is gone, and I have their job now? 😂
