I was thinking of stuff you could find in nature while camping, but def lint if you have it.Dryer lint works too

I make my own fire starters...When some careless person can start a wildfire with a stray spark but I can't start a fire in the stove with perfectly cured wood and three different types of starting fluids.
This is what I make except I put dryer lint in the egg cartons first, then pour the wax in. I use old candles that I buy at garage sales for super cheap, or old melted crayonsSome nice little DIY firestarters: if you have a wax burner, once the scent is burned off, pour the depleted wax into cardboard egg trays. Separate them and use them to start fires by setting on top of a pile of kindling then lighting the cardboard edges.
