Pet Peeves

I tried to save a few bucks going with generic Prilosec, and the packaging was designed by a sadist. You have to peel back a piece of aluminum foil to access each tablet, but there's a 75% chance the foil just rips off in tiny strips. If you try to push the tablet through the foil, it auto destructs.

Of course, you have to take the med first thing in the morning. So I'm half asleep trying to do this... 🤬

Too early, too half asleep to cut it out with a razor blade?

I had the same experience with some probiotics! Who thought it was a good idea for the individual push through pills to also be very fragile?!

Other pet peeves.
When I have a project that seems simple and I have to go to Lowe's at least 3 times.
Squirrels
When I can't find the shirt I want to wear that day
When I leave an avocado to get soft, and I don't check it hourly, so it turns too squishy after 15 minutes.
People that can't find one good thing that happened to them in an entire day.

Kitchen knives that won't maintain an edge for more than a week really irritate me. And yes, I know how to properly sharpen and keep them honed. I'm starting the gradual process of replacing them all at this point.
