Investigating PFM Receiving Ads

Hopefully it's a one time thing.
Just happened:

Just had that happen myself. Rather irritating that it covered the whole screen.

Mine was a different ad. I didn't screen shot it since I was in the middle of something. Just wanted it gone.

Not a PFM but I never get ads like that and I just got the same one.
