PG 32 to 39 Cindy & Tori's AWESOME! hatch! Plus PICS!!

Thank you! Sorry the one pic was too small...but it was AWESOME. I'm not allowed in the kitchen when DBF is cooking LOL so I can't give you the recipe! I can tell you that he made an herb/mushroom stuffing and stuffed the birds. I think the sauce was a chicken stock base with milk and I don't know what else. Then he made regular stuffing on the side, fried white & sweet potatoes, and whole-berry cranberry sauce. The plate in the pic was mine and I ate almost all of it!

OMG that sounds soooooooooooooo good!!!!!! WOW.......my hubby can't cook unless a grill is involved.

My packing was quick. It looks like you already unpacked them.

12 of the eggs were the last ones my girls laid for the year. The ones
in the plastic cases were from an Ebay order and the ones wrapped in
napkins were from another Ebay order.

As I alway say with eggs keep your expectation reasonable. If you end
up with 20 healthy chicks I'd be happy.

I have the same mix of eggs in one of my bators due on 12/24 & 12/28.

I wont bother with the eggs, if I can just keep them quiet while I sneak out the side door to my car.

Just have your daughter put them in her pocket. We have 30 chicks in the
bator that she can steal some of. Drumstick will help her.

Thanks

even if i get 10 i'd be happy

I find processing quail to be easy. We only process the spaz birds and
extra mails so that makes it easier too. The calm hens that eat oatmeal
from my hand are in the clear.

Everything can be done right in the kitchen sink with minimal mess.
A pair of sharp scissors and a small knife is all you need.
