I have some Pheasant eggs I put into my incubator a few days before I put my chicken eggs in. I have had many chicken egg hatches but this is my first for Pheasants. Does it work the same way about 3 days prior to the hatch date?

I thought so but wasn't 100% since I know they take longer to hatch if they need an extra day or two in lock down. Thanks!!!

The hatch is on So far 2 little Ringneck Pheasant chicks have hatched and there are several more eggs pipped.

Aw, cute, I hatched a couple of ringnecks way back in the early 1980s when I was a teenager. Fun experience raising them.
