Iv had birds since 2007. There’s been gaps due to work though.

Coturnix Quail
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I enjoy watching them and hatching eggs. Developing bloodlines to create different phenotypes on some birds, but keeping hard to find / endangered sub-species pure and propagating them.

Hunting, Fishing, Gym,

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I used to subscribe to the magazine in 2007 and wanted to get back in the community to interact with breeders of upland birds, different Common Pheasant subspecies, ornamental pheasants, and chickens.
