Fascinating. I'm actually doing a research paper on the subject of AGW (Anthropogenic Global Warming). As of now, all the data indicate that it is natural and not exactly unprecedented. Medieval Warm period, Roman warming, the fact that it cooled in the mid-1900's, and my personal favorite: Of course it's warming, we were just in the Little Ice Age! Saying that it has warmed since the Little Ice Age rivals a headline stating "Sun Rises in East, Sets in West."

I guess in a way that is an accurate statement. Climate change isn't unprecedented and the current warming is natural. If you figure man is an animal and thus part of nature into the equation.
So is that your blog, or are you just using it as a source for your research paper?
That I will lose another $2-3 grand of my income every year, or that the problem will never actually get fixed. I realize the flat earthers are doing everything they can to prevent us from solving of the problem, but I am just optimistic enough to believe they will fail.

Al Gore never said he invented the Internet. He said he was highly influential in its development.
Which is true. If it hadn't been for the things he accomplished, this forum would not exist.
Gore's words in a CNN interview, as quoted by Wired News, were as follows:
"During my service in the United States Congress, I took the
initiative in creating the Internet."
Gore meaning, obvious to anyone who knew the record, was that he did the political work and articulated the public vision that made the Internet possible. No reasonable person could conclude that Gore was claiming to have invented the Internet in any technical sense. The first half of his sentence makes this clear: he is talking about work he did in the context of his service in the Congress. The creation of the Internet was a process that had several phases and took several years, and Gore is claiming the principal credit for the political side of that effort. It is a substantial claim, but an accurate one.

BTW- I haven't lost any of my income- in fact my tax return tripled this year thanks to the tax cuts that 95% of us got. Being a green business owner with virtually no carbon footprint has helped quite a bit. There are plenty of educated people out there who actually give a crap. I'm optimistic as well.
