Phoenix breeders

Does anyone know of any breeder or hatchery that has good quality Phoenixes(preferably Golden but I'll take Silver or BBR). I will do shipping or if it is within 50 miles of Lawrenceburg Indiana(Tri-state area;Southeastern Indiana) I'll do local pick up(you can also drive and meet us halfway if it is like... 75-100miles I suppose). I would prefer they are chicks or juvenile. If they are shipping chicks I need it to be only like 10 chicks. I can wait for it to be warmer so they won't freeze without the extra ones but I can't do anything with 25 chicks. I don't have the room. 10 would be easier so I can sell off the extras.

Did anyone see the article on the Phoenix Long Tail in the Aug / Sept 2010 Backyard Poultry Magazine? The picture of the Black Breasted is outstanding these birds are raised by a 15 yr old named Tanner, wonder how you could contact him? Man I would sure like to buy some eggs or chicks from him.

I think That's the kid Cy Hyde was telling me about that he sold some to. If so, just call Cy and get some of his from the source. That's what I did.
Course you pay for them, but you get what you pay for too. Yes should have plenty of them myself this year. Already hatching a lot here now for my self, will be hatching for orders any time though, bout got the brooders full again.

no biggie, just finish those 20 new pens, so I actually have room for them now, for a week or so at least!

I saw that magazine actually. I bought it actually because I noticed it had an article about phoenixes. aha. I was just looking at it a couple says ago and I noticed that he was from Ohio. I was like "Man, I wish that they had a way of contacting him so I could at least ask where he got his birds." aha.

Hey! I was wondering if any of you guys know... does Cye Hyde have an E-mail?? All i can find is a phone #.... And I'm awfully akward on the phone!! i would love to buy some of his birds i've seen pics and they are SOOO gorgeous!!
