In my opinion, I wish the chick had more room in front of it and these two circled grasses in the background weren't there, they are pretty distracting.

They'd be extremely easy to edit out in Photoshop though.

I agree with the above critiques. My pet peeve is blown out highlights & whites. This isn't too bad, but it would bother me. Some times it can't be helped & needs a little fixing in PS. When highlights & whites are blown out you lose detail. Detail is very difficult to get back once lost. Unless, of course you use the clone stamp.... IMHO
 
Why do almost all pictures look blurry to me? :oops:
Depends on where you're viewing them. BYC isn't as bad about it but a LOT of sites compress images (FB and Twitter are notorious for it). Compression will make an image appear blurred. Compression images to hit file sizes will also cause it because the compression math is averaging pixel color values and dropping out blocks of them that would otherwise add definition.

Or, people just take bad photos... Or you're going blind.

The only photos I look at are on BYC or the ones I took.
