Pride&joy, beautiful dogs! Your boerbel(sp?) reminds me a bit of my bullmastiff Mabel!

Sillychicken! I would doubt irish wolfhound in the mix, the rarer the breed the less likely they are in the mix! But he does have an irishy wolfhound type look to him. I don't think he is goning to be huge though, maybe lab size?? Its hard to guess but he doesn't seem big to me. But I do have bullmastiffs who I consider medium sized dogs(130lbs). Large dogs to me are saints, english and neo mastiffs, newfies, danes..
Its funny how when you own large dogs you seem to have a different perspective as to what makes a dog "large". I consider labs medium size, others say large... Others say cockers are medium..I say small..

They already seem to! That where I run into trouble!

WOW! He looks almost EXACTLY like the pup I got on the 4th of July from a "box-o-puppies" ! Mine's name is Solomon, and I was told he's a cocker/terrier mix. Solomon is 7 mos. old and weighs 23 lbs., so he may be smaller than your pup. I call him a "miniature Irish wolfhound". Same wirey hair, mustache, and beard, with long eyebrows. I'll see if I can figure out how to get a photo from a cellphone (no camera). What a doll!!

I would love to see pics. I think he will be large than that. Still has all his baby teeth, so my best guess is he's under 4 months old and he weighs around 18lbs. So probably larger than your but, still not huge

First thank you for going out of your way to help this pup

I think he looks to have some Schnauzer in his lineage!!

He is beyond adorable! I LOVE scruffy dogs (dh doesnt lol)

Me too! The scruffier and funnier looking the better! My Dh would agree with yours though!

When I got Solomon, I was told he was born April 6th, so he was exactly 3 mos minus 2 days old, and weighed 9 lbs. At 4 mos he weighed 18 lbs. Maybe they're long lost cousins!?
