Nice looking coop! Looks good sized... is that about 8 X 10? I like how you have the two ramps up to the pop door. The coop I'm in the process of building is on a similar slope, and I've been thinking about what sort of ramp to build. You can't really go straight out or it'd be too steep.

My coop is 10x16 and my chooks love their home, drives em' nuts when I keep them out for a half hour just to clean, when I am done they all come running in to see what I have done. Here is a pic of the chickens view from their hillside retreat.
