Pick your foods!

Sorry, I have more questions.

Can I choose things as ingredients -
The point is just to choose main food staples, like things you could eat every single day because you like them a lot.
e.g. can I have one of my animal proteins be milk and then use it to make cheese and butter?
I'd consider cheese and butter to be ingredients/add-ons/condiments rather than foods that make up the bottom of your food pyramid
If I choose a type of meat as an animal protein does that also include organ meat, blood etc?
Yeah I'd say so. If you wanted to be more specific you could name the type or cut of protein you wanted but it's fine to be general and just pick an animal and assume you can eat any part of it.

If you can only have: five vegetables, four fruits, three animal proteins, two grains or carb based foods, and one sweet treat for the rest of your life what would your choices be?

(Unlimited beverages and sauces)

**Also don't do this in real life eat a balanced diet!**
Sweet corn
Sweet potatoes
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Cilantro

Blueberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Cherries

I don't eat any animal protein so do I get more of the fruits and veggies?!

Naan
Basmati rice

Dark chocolate

Yeeeaah, no.

But I'll take that as a technicality if it means I get to sneak something extra in :yesss:
Well they're huge parts of my diet but I didn't want to waste an animal protein slot on dairy which is different than meat but essential to my diet so in my head I chose to make that an automatic food that doesn't require an opt-in😂

I considered saying "or alternative protein" but I didn't think any vegetarians would show up on here😂
Yeah extra fruit and veg or tofu, seitan, bean burgers, etc. whatever floats your boat🤷
