Possibly, I know they would sell great out here. I just don't know a lot about them so I'll do some research. I think by now turkeys are out of the picture due to their maturity time (30-40 weeks) and love of flight

Okay, good. I was worried they were like peacocks and reached maturity at 2 years of age

I guess we'll see. So far, it seems I am best prepared for quail or pheasants. Ducks are just too wet, yet quail are so tiny, so I'd need to be prepared to do some major modifications (I have had quail before in this coop but escapes happened often). It seems though the easiest, most profitable route would be to try pheasants.
