Pickle the Silkie

Guys, Pickles is gone. I was gone this weekend and I can't find him anywhere! I found his feathers and there was hawk feathers nearby. I walked around for 20 minutes and didn't hear him crow once. That's when I knew something was wrong. I am going to keep this thread going and hope Pickles will magically appear like he always does.

Thank you. I guess in a sad way this solves my problem. If one of the silkie chicks becomes a rooster then we can keep them.

Yes. The guy at the hatchery said I wouldn't find anyone who had sexed silkies near me. I guess that's true cause all the hatcheries near me were straight run.

Well, I moved the fuzz balls into Pickles old cage so the ducks can get used to them. The bunny is glad to have a neighbor who isn't crowing 24/7 now!
