Picky Chickens

So I have three 2 year old hens and they are all very picky about their selection of treats. I've tried literally everything on the treat chart and the only thing they'll eat off it is spinach and other leafy things. Other things they will eat are strawberry tops as well as egg shell. Any ideas for things they'll like?

Have you given them meal worms or spaghetti noodles or shredded cheese? Anything that looks like a worm or anything that is red usually goes over really big. Mine love grape tomatoes and grapes. I cut them in half and in the summer I will freeze them for a cool treat.
