*PICS* Crusty/dry vent and face? HELP!

I have a splash silkie pullet that had a little lice. I sevin dusted her and 2 weeks later I put ivormectin on her. A few days ago I saw this stuff on her. What is it? Is this normal and just dry skin? I am freaking out! She doesn't have any bugs or anything on her bottom its just white dry stuff.

I can't tell from the pictures what this might be. Could it be lice eggs, stuck on and around the feathers?
