Pics from our garden in May - Eye Candy!

Robin'sBrood :

Well, it looks like your yard is all out of space for new flowering plants, so how about if you just come on over here to my yard and get busy with it! Oh, and there are a couple of houses for sale near me, and since you'll have no problem selling your gorgeous yard, I mean house, you can move here and keep my yard up too.

Probably a good thing - I am sure I'd go bankrupt if I lived within driving distance of that place!!!

I love that. Its just so serene and beautiful and looks like it was on purpose.

We're young, and stupid, and still not sure how to make our yard look like its happening on PURPOSE... lol. We'll get there eventually.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Ah, but in Michigan, July and August is a dream! The salvias will endure during those months in MS - as will the tropicals and some other perennials.. but many perennials go dormant here in the hot months -- as do the people - well - speaking for myself, that is what I would LIKE to do!!!!

Amosunknown - What a wonderful thing to say to a gardener! Thank you! On being young and stupid -- those of us who are old and that *think* we have wisdom envy where you are now... I know it sounds rather odd - but cherish the stupidity! *LOL* Well, you know what I mean!!!

There are some wonderful books that have taught me so much - privided me with inspiration - you might find them at your local library..

I live about 10 minutes from Plant Delights, no joke! You should see their place from the road, it's pretty amazing. Since they're not always open to the public you'd probably be safe here.
