Gotta tell you a Funny Story:

Worked for a vet several years ago...a lady came in the office with 2 chocolate lab puppies - a boy and a girl. She said their names were Hershey and Snickers. When I asked which was which..she told me it was obvious...Snickers has nuts.

I about DIED laughing!

I have finally made up my mind on what I am going to name her. I have never had so much trouble picking out a name...But we decided on naming her "Pecan Sandi." We will call her "Sandi".

One of my daughters came up with the name. I wanted something to do with candy or a sweet but she is also my Christmas gift from my husband and I kind of wanted a "person" name too. So when my daughter came up with Pecan Sandi it was perfect!

Every Christmas my mom makes some cookies that are a family favorite called "Sandies" with pecans in them. The cookie is baked until golden brown then rolled in powdered sugar. It fit her coloring perfect; it's a sweet, a family Christmas favorite and could be a person's name Sandy...but I will spell it like the cookie "Sandi."

A perfect fit!

Awwwww, Sandi is tooooo cute. I want one so bad, DH said no, no, NO goats. How big do they get? If its small it couldn't be much trouble, right?

You need to find someone in your area that has them and take your husband to go see them. My husband has really been surprised by them. He said he had no idea that a goat would have so much personality. At first everyone thought I was nuts for wanting goats.

I have wanted them for about 2 years and every time I would say, “I want to get some goats”, they would say, why would you want a goat? But now everyone has fallen in love with them and they all want one too.

One of our ND's freshened yesterday and my wife thought it was a girl so we named her Noel. This morning while warming him we noticed he had that thing that girls don't.. changed his name to Prancer!
