I'm still working feverishly on mine. They are a work in progress. At present I only have the frame work completed for the runs and I'm putting the chicken wire on the frame, but that is not complete. I'm 61 and doing this by myself so it's not going nearly as fast as it would have when I was 40 or even 50. I'll try to upload images of the frame, but it's not much. Maybe you can see what I have in mind. The coops for each trio will be off the back end of each run.

Each run is 4 x 8. I tried to stay with standard measurements to maximize the usage of my lumber. Same with the coops when I get them done. I'm making them out of plywood, so all the measurements fit within a 4 x 8 sheet.
I'm breeding Millie Fleurs, Partridge, Columbian and Birchin Cochins, and Sebrights. I have a pair of Speckled Sussex, but that's a bit of an accident and I'm not certain that I'm going to keep them. If I find someone that is really into SS and they really want them, I might let them go. As you can see I have a space issue.
After I get this set of runs finished I need to set up another just like it, or similar. I don't know if it's realistic, but I'd like to be able to turn my different breeds out once in a while to "free range" even if it's only for part of the day. I'm pretty sure I can control them with meal worms or bread crumbs.
I just wish I could work faster.

What are you breeding Bleenie, or plan to breed, and do you have your breeding stock already? I've got most of mine, but I plan to add some Cochins from a breeder in NY. She has gorgeous birds and I fell in love with them when I saw them. They are definitely show quality. Are you going to show?

I've seen a lot on here about how people have shown mutt chickens/ducks. i have never shown before and dont even know how to get started.

My main project is my Muscovy. I was hoping to seperate everyone for different goals (color, out-breeding, etc.). Theyre all very pretty and i just love them but they need work on some things since they're from a mixed-color pen, barred and ripple.

I have:
Chocolates & buffs
Blues & Blacks
and some fawn blues.

With the chickens, I want to seperate my broodies from the other birds. Right now most are just mixed layers and my cochins.

I am planning on getting some silkies and cochins soon from a friend that breeds for show. She's cutting back for winter.

Besides the Silkies, Cochins and Muscovy, the others are for myself since they're mutts and Broodies, they wont be all that desireable to a lot of other people. Just for eggs and hatching.

that's what i am hoping to do...if it all makes any sense, lol.
