Oh no…ours aren’t Bantams. My hubby just surprised me so I didn’t have much say in what he got. We have small kids so that makes me nervous

I've had rhode island red standards in the past, one rooster and 3 females. They were very good tempered. Our rooster was especially tame.
I can't say the hens were my favorites. They were gentle with humans but tended to pick on hens of other breeds.

Having survived a lighting storm out in the open last night and the night before, it was a relief to see 35+ Guinea Fowl (including the regulars) this morning when they showed up wet and hungry for breakfast.
