Actually, Nugget did most of the sitting on this batch of eggs. But Mocha had gone broody about a week before they hatched and took over the chicks by the end of the first day.

Bad broody management on my part, but Mocha is a marvelously good mommy -- with a little assist from one of her friends (all other hens are driven away from her precious babies).
