The chick is not related to its broody, it's a Cream Brabanter. And yes very cute :) they look like they are born with beards and the start of a mohawk.

The broody is an Olive Egger from a Black Copper Maran/Ameraucana cross.

Thistle is a barnyard mix. Mom is half Wyandotte. Dad is a mix of mostly Orpington. It’s my first time hatching this pairing. I have 3 chicks. Thistle and sibling Solstice look similar but the 3rd sibling has blue down. I can’t wait to see what they’ll look like as adults.
