My daughter had a neighbor who rescued an injured vulture. It turned out to be the sweetest pet and it seemed to be pretty intelligent too. They fed it a lot of raw meat.
That is amazing! We have a lot of turkey vultures around here. Not sure I would want to get too close to one but they are certainly more majestic in the wild than at a zoo or wildlife center.
