Wow! That’s amazing!
I have been looking everywhere for Cinnamon Queen, and have still never seen one in person yet!!

Oh wow! They are relatively common here, but the straight comb ones. These girls are the wonky combed ones Hoovers produced for a bit. I think they had Wyandottes as one of their parents. I get told a lot of times that they are not CQs, but Hoovers featured ones exactly like them as their model CQ. Now they are showcasing a lighter one with a straight comb.

It’s actually a still from a video I took of them at the gate talking to me while I was on the other side working in the greenhouse. are you wanting some? They’re good egg layers, but kind of bossy lol. TSC might get one more batch of chicks before winter, maybe they’ll have some!

I’ve been pretty disappointed with TSC this year. When they DO have chicks, they are selling mostly straight runs….
I was supposed to go to Rural King today, we’ll see if I still get the chance…
They might have them.
I have still never ordered on line, as I’m afraid of their arrival condition. But I might set one up for March or so…

Same here. Some of the stories I see here about chicks that get ordered are horrific. I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Good luck, I hope they have some! Share with us what you get.

I am buying a broody hen on Sunday, who is driving my friend insane. I’m scared that if I give her eggs, she will stop incubating for the Winter before they hatch. So I’m going to try to buy as many chicks as I can fit under her, keep them in the brooder, and give them to her as soon as I get her settled in her new home!
I’ll let you guys know what happens!
