We have had ALOT of rain and flooding....... most of our geese nests flooded out. I picked up over 100 goose eggs last week during a storm. By the time I realized it was flooding, the eggs were 3 inches under water, the hens were still over the nests, but not much they could do. Not sure how many eggs will survive. Some are starting to hatch. I will try to get pictures of the babies.
We just got our 1st geese. 2 Embden and 2 Saddleback Sebastopols. I just think they are so neat. My oldest son loves the look of the Egyptian. I've never seen the barheads before, but I think they are really pretty.
Man I am just floored everytime I see new pics on here.. You have an amazing place and should be very proud of how healthy and happy your animals are.. Couple questions though . Do you ever take on internships for those wishing to get into Exotic care? and also do you sell to the general public or large cooperations only? I would love to get some hatching eggs from you... Thank you for taking so much time so much time by answering questions and posting new pcs..
