Looks like a pullet to me also. The saddle feathers on EE's are so misleading. They might look pointy but when you look really close they are not.

She's a beauty too.

Agreed - She's gotta fluffy butt too, I know roosters can have them young but that looks like a pullet to me as well!

Have to agree with fudgie.....Beautiful chicken!!!!! I have a RIR that will be 15 weeks tomorrow...got her at 6 weeks as a pullet, I am on the fence if Lucy may be a roo... but I am thinking the same about her hackle and saddle feathers....

Thanks everyone! We know there are no guarantees, but we are thrilled. We absolutely love HER and so sad thinking we may have to get rid of her. We live in city limits, so no roos allowed
