Gorgeous hens! Looks like they had a great day out in the snow. Most of my girls will eventually go out in the snow...they love to eat it.

I know, I feel horrible for not treating it. I don't know what it is, and we can't take her to a vet. We've tried vaseline but it doesn't do anything.

It looks like scaly leg mite (I am FAR from an expert though). Just looking online, it seems like something called ivermectin is used to treat this by putting drops on the legs and rubbing it in to kill the mites. You could probably buy it at Tractor Supply---our local store has a tube of it for $3.99. Or you might find it online. Your chickens are so pretty and seem so sweet. I know you want to take the best care of them possible. I love the photo of the chicken in the little wagon.
