Pictures of swollen Cochin eye. Help!

What state are you in?
You can probably collect samples yourself and send them into the state vet to have tested for disease.
It's fairly cheap and it will give you a for sure answer.
I am not a fan of the guessing game and if my bird looked like this I would have testing done.

I live in Buffalo, NY.
How would I go about that?

I plan on giving cornell a call today, but wanted to give you and @Cayuga momma some more pictures that I was able to get this morning. For the cochin hen, the swelling is just more like the texture of “swelling” rather than hard or puss fulled. I played around with it for a bit and it doesnt seem like its really filled with anything, but more “swoolen” kind of like my eyes when My allergies flare up. Lol.

I also managed to get pictures of the hens eye that has the foam or bubbles to it. You will notice the sparce feathering around her eye itself, and it even extends to near the top of her head. Her feathering around her eye has been sparce for a while (since the first symptoms) and when I started treating it. These pictures show a good representation of what her eye currently looks like, and has looked like for many months.

One more question in regards to cornell, do you know what test I would specifically ask for?
