I thought I would start a thread for everyone to see the beautiful quilts we all make. Maybe we can get some other people on here to become quilters.

I'd like to see a lot of pics on here of your quilts.

This is a Quilt my quilting guild put together for a charity. We have several we do and I was lucky enough to be in charge of this one. I picked out the pattern cut all the pieces out and put them in a plastic bags so anyone who wanted to do a block could do one. All the members took a bag and made their block giving them back to me. I put the Quilt together and then we all hand quilted it.

to you and the guild. Love the colors and the block pattern. Which block pattern is it? can you post a link...please.

Here is my latest quilt. It is for our first Grand-Daughter which is due to arrive late July to early August. I am so so so excited. The quilt actually consist of all the Spring Strips from a swap her eon BYC last year. I was going to try my hand at a Wedding Ring quilt for my daughter and her husbands Anniversary, but then I thought that a baby quilt would be easier. And it was.

First of all, I'm really jealous of the skill displayed in the previous quilts. They're gorgeous! I'd love to take on some more advanced projects like those...

Even so, easy quilts are quick quilts (I think I spent about 15 hours on each of these). Last summer I found an easy pattern and made 2 quilts the exact same. One I kept and one I gave to my friend, James, who not only decorates his home with cowboy paraphernalia, but lives the cowboy lifestyle as well. These quilts stand up to pretty much anything except fire.

Not that I've tested that one out or anything...

I don't remember where I got the pattern from, somewhere on the internet. If I still have it I will let you know.

This one is a joint venture between my aunt and I. She cut and pieced. I am getting ready to quilt and bind!
