Pictures of your silkie and buff Orpington mix hens!

I'm hoping to breed my Orpington hen and silkie rooster together. He's purebred and she's one I bought from a feed store both are sweet and pretty. I want to get an idea of the two breeds crossed together and egg pictures from the mixed hens. So if you will please show off your buff Orpington and silkie crosses!!!!

Thanks for the pics! They are beautiful! I really don't want no leg breaking going on They are chicks now so I am hoping I have a smaller roo so I can let them breed! I love the idea of having a broody silkie.

Silkies will brood any eggs even duck eggs and golf balls haha.

We have a new frizzle/ silkie rooster, and all our pullets are large.3 buff orps and some buff ameraucanas. One of our pullets is a silkie/ee cross. So we wanted a small rooster for her but i was wondering if the silkie roo would be able to cover the big girls or not too!! Now i have hope!

If he's a bigger silkie Roo he should be able to. Mine loves his big girls haha.

Yes! I got four, but only one hen. Let me find some photos of them

It depends on the size of the two. I've heard of roosters being too big and breaking hen's legs accidentally.
