most likely, it's nesting a couple of block away in an underpass somewhere...


if it has a metal band, then you can find out where it came from... but if it's one of those plastic clip on bands, that's just what breeders use to identify their stock, or how hobby flyers tell their birds from feral birds...

my friend told me to just google the code on the band, but i'm not sure... it will have an abbreviation for the club, and a number... you can post it up on craigslist, or on a local pigeon forum...

You can't just google the band number to find the person. You'd need to look up the club initials on the organization's website and contact the club secretary
