We always serve ham. I am thinking of getting a goose out of the backyard instead this year. Can't imagine roasting ham with little hammy staring at me.

o.k. after a few hours of a pig in my kitchen, I've decided that I will have to build something throughout the night, MAN that pig stinks. Cute yes. Smelly darn right.
