That is a very good read. It's a shame people don't generally give pigeons the credit they deserve. They are so much more than flying rats. Ferals have just adapted to the environment to survive.
I love the clips of people being swarmed by pigeons, it makes me think what it's like when I take a bowl of pasta into my chicken run!

Yours must have something wrong in design. There is no way a pigeon should be able to exit thru a sputnik. Post a pix of your, and I will give you opinion on improvement. Or I will tell you what is wrong with it
