Pigeon Wing Problem

I found my pigeon on the ground with its wings splayed and trying to move, but it moves in jerky bad hops. It struggles to fly and sit upright. I think there's also something wrong with its legs.

Can you post a picture of the bird?It would make a diagnosis much easier.
