PIGEONS!!!!

It's been a long time, but grammy had an excellent recipe for pigeon. She cut the breast meat into strips (long before "chicken fingers" were popular) fried like chicken then made a gravy and baked them for a while in the gravy then added homemade dumplings to the mixture. It was quite tasty.
