thanks. my pair of pigeon is breeding every day now
In a perfect world 2 eggs should arrive in about 10 days. Then the eggs will be incubated by both parents (females do the lion share of incubation) relief from the male in the afternoon. If all goes well the eggs should hatch in a window of 19 - 23 days. You can expect your squabs to take flight in about 30 days after they hatch. Some fanciers provide a nesting bowl and material ranging from wood ships, straw to pine needles to name a few. This the type of bowl I use and recomend.
so what does that mean
That means you will then have 2 more birds by the process know as addition.
It definitely sounds like a breeding pair of pigeons. Just to make you aware same sex pairing do sometimes happen (it is fairly rare I must admit).he breeds with her the whole time now shes makeing her nest
my hen pigeon had her first egg when will she have the second egg In a perfect world 24-48 hours. If it is her first clutch sometimes there may be only one egg
