pigeons?

anyone here keep pigeons? i used to as a teenager and might want to get some next summer..since i found out they are perfectly legal here, even though chickens arent!

I raise lots of homing pigeons and Birninham rollers in most colors and have smaller numbers of white American fantails, damascenes, oriental rollers and Chinese owls.

I have racing homers, indian fantails, satinettes, and lahores

And the reason pigeons are legal in most places, is because they are not (or shouldn't be) considered poultry.

I keep Birmingham rollers and I also have a pair of parlor rollers. I love my Birminghams and couldn't imagine not having them anymore. I love watching them fly and perform.

Hey there,

I have a flock of Lahores, and 2 Indian Fantails right now. But I hope to add a couple more breeds.

I think they are easily as addicting as chickens to keep!

It's a sleeper off a semi, and the birds love it. I put 2 pair in there last yr and took out 45 this yr!
