Pinless Peepers? Bullying or Grief?

I would try the pinless peepers before adding a rooster.
Only reason to have a rooster would be desire for fertle eggs.
Peepers will stop the bullying right now!
More clutter in there space is good. Also you never go wrong adding more room.
With peepers, She will be busy figuring out how to eat, drink and get around.
The other girls will appreciate it.
Leave them on for 3 or 4 weeks and see how it goes.
If she goes right back to it. Maybe think about rehoming her.
Her personality may just not be a good fit for your flock.
thank you so much! I’ll get the peepers now. I’ll also try adding more activities and clutter

Try putting some boredom busters in first. Then try the Pinless Peepers. If you don't want to do the Pinless Peepers, put her in "jail" for two weeks to a whole month. That'll take her out of habit and possibly pecking order. If you do Pinless Peepers, do them for two weeks. Not longer, because they can cause irritation and nasal issues if left on longer. Also, an experiment I'm going to be doing soon, is doing an anti-capitalism spray on the birds. (I'm currently dealing with a whole flock plucking issue.)

Issues like this bullying, along with plucking, can come from the boring winter months. Honestly, Spring is when my birds looks their worst due to all the bad habits the flocks picked up during the winter. (This is including my crazy broody twice, soon to be third time broody, beard plucker, mounting my hens to the point that they look like a rooster's favorite. And yes, I'm looking for a rooster...)
Haha I feel like they turn into little psychos in the winter. Then as soon as we have a few nice days - they are livid when we don’t let them out all day to free range. I’m also like, “hey I love you, you will literally get eaten by a hawk.” Absolutely no cover yet!

I hope you find a roo soon to get those ladies in check (the beard plucker cracks me up!)

That explains it to a T. My birds are as loud as ever right now because they're not out free ranging. Then the netting isn't back on the run yet, so they lighter ones are flying out.

Thanks. The beard plucker isn't that funny in a sense. The first beard she went after was the most impressive beard I had ever had in my over ten years of raising poultry. She did receive a present for her first time of doing that.:

(Sadly, that's actually one of my favorite pictures of that hen. )

What a naughty girl. Just love your sisters! I love the writing on the blinders! I might draw eyes on mine. I bought them a xylophone too. Maybe that will help or they will hate it and really cause a ruckus! Good thing they are cute and we love them 🐓❤️

I drew eyes on one once, but I never put it on anyone. I did, however, draw sunglasses on one of them and put them on one of my hens. (She's another hen who plucks.) Sadly, the poor hen went into a depression over the Pinless Peeper, which is something I've only had happen with that one hen so far.
