pipped yesterday and has dried membrane stuck on it HELP

I have my 3rd chick pip yesterday at around 2pm. My other two hatched already. This one seemed dried out this morning as my sponges were both dry. So I read on here how to help. I only pulled some shell off and damped the membrane. The chick has now rotated in the egg and pipped again in a new spot. Will he ever hatch!

The suspense is killing me!

It looks like the area that I broke the shell off is dried onto his little body, should I go ahead and get him out? HELP PLEASE

you can take the top off and see if he comes out. i had one of my blues that was to big and got stuck to the shell.

some people on here suggest light misting with a spray bottle but not too much or he could drown in the shell to soften tthe membrane and then hatching may finish on its own if not then might want to help
