Are the pip holes on the right side of the egg and facing upwards?....They zip counter clockwise....Are the eggs flat?

I took the eggs out of the turner on Day 18, so yes, they're laying on the plastic mesh. The pip holes are facing to the side, not face up.

Okay....They pip and then rest..During this time they absorb the yolk..Once ready Chicks are quick to zip out....Just wait...You do not want to assist too soon....
